At The Gearbox Auto Services, we strive to deliver high-quality service. Our refund policy is designed to address situations where the same issue persists despite our efforts to resolve it.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the same issue reoccurs multiple times and we are unable to rectify it after receiving payment for the service. In such cases, we will work closely with you to determine the best course of action.

Service Cancellation: Once a service or repair has been approved and confirmed by any service advisor or employee at The GearBox Autos, cancellations are not permitted. All services will proceed as agreed upon.

Pickup and Delivery Charges: Pickup and delivery charges may apply unless explicitly specified as free of charge. These charges may also apply to vehicle inspections.
